I offer a free 15-minute introductory chat, either online or by telephone.
This is an informal opportunity to tell me a little about what has brought you to counselling, ask any questions you may have, and get a sense of whether you would feel comfortable talking with me.
Free initial assessment
If you would like to continue, we can then arrange a free 50-minute initial consultation.
This gives us more time to explore what you would like help with, for me to explain how I work, and for us both to consider whether counselling together feels like the right fit.
The assessment can take place face to face in Witham or Chelmsford, online, or by telephone.
Ongoing sessions
£55 per 50-minute counselling session.
I offer face-to-face counselling and therapy in Witham and Chelmsford in Essex, as well as online counselling across the UK.
Sessions usually take place weekly and are open-ended, meaning we do not need to decide at the beginning how many sessions you will have. We can continue for as long as the sessions feel useful, reviewing this together as we go.
Payment is usually made by card, cash or bank transfer on the day of each session.
