Free 30-minute initial consultation.

Ongoing sessions
£55 per 50-minute counselling session.

I offer in-person counselling in Witham and Chelmsford in Essex, and online in the UK. Sessions usually take place weekly and are open-ended, meaning we do not need to decide at the beginning how many sessions you will have. We can continue for as long as the sessions feel useful, reviewing this together as we go.

Payment is usually made by card, cash or bank transfer on the day of each session.
