Free initial consultation

 

I offer a free 50-minute initial consultation, available face to face in Witham or Chelmsford, or online.

This gives us time to talk about what has brought you to counselling, what you would like help with, and for me to explain how I work. You can also ask any questions you may have.

​

It is an opportunity for us both to get a sense of whether working together feels right. There is no obligation to continue afterwards.

Ongoing sessions

 

£55 per 50-minute counselling session.

​

Sessions usually take place weekly and are open-ended, meaning we do not need to decide at the beginning how many sessions you will have. We can continue for as long as counselling feels useful, reviewing this together as we go.

​

I offer face-to-face counselling in Witham and Chelmsford, as well as online counselling across the UK.

​

Payment can be made by card, cash or bank transfer on the day of each session.
