What happens after you get in touch?

After you contact me, I will reply as soon as I can to arrange a free 30-minute initial consultation. This gives us a chance to talk about what brings you to counselling, what you are hoping for, and whether working together feels right. If we decide to continue, sessions are usually weekly, last 50 minutes, and can take place in Witham, Chelmsford or online.
